I love my friends, I'd argue I have the best friends in the world. My friends are the kind of people that I can sit and watch a nail bitting game or share about deep struggles. We cover all the ground, and thats why I love the.
Over spring break, one thing I realized is that I don't get a lot of friend time being on staff. Yes, its true I see many good friends and quite often because we serve together on staff with CCC. But, for those not on staff, I don't see nearly as much and when I do see them, its because I'm in town for a conference or event of some sort. So, I'm trying to make a better effort to go see my pals. To make the haul over and visit for the sake of visiting.
This weekend I did just that. It included lots of quality girl time, moments of 'we're over guys,' sports galore, driving with the windows down, eating way too much, and remembering why I love those people. I. Had. So. Much. Fun.
