I'm still so new to my role and often ask myself "what am I doing?" This week I'm on the road doing two campus visits and having been here for just a day I've had a great 'ah ha' moment. Gods been gracious to me in my first few months to allow me to learn what I have. I've been given plenty of chances already to explain what im doing on the region team. In doing so, I can see how the complexity is something I've come to love, learn, and understand. That wasn't the case a few months ago.
How gracious of the Lord to grow my confidence already in what I'm doing and allow me to be a learner. I assure you, I still have much to learn...but it's reassuring knowing I'm getting somewhere and confirming knowing I'm where I need to be. Excited for what's to come!!
