We don't miss super bowls

I can make this short and sweet. We just don't miss super bowls. If the Steelers are in the big game, the Lehrens are gonna be there.

The boys punched their ticket to Tampa by winning the AFC Championship two weeks ago, and that night we were certain we would be headed to Tampa with them to see them play for the Championship.

I'm currently writing from a coffee shop in Atlanta. I left Tuscaloosa this afternoon and headed to meet up with the fam in Atl. From here we will head to Tampa for all the festivities and mainly, the game!

Tune in on Sunday for whatever you want, the game, the ads, the halftime show. So many people have instantly become 'huge' Cardinals fans. They claim to be cheering for the underdog, fans of the players or coaches, and love seeing the cinderella story. But for me, aside from the face that Pittsburgh is in my blood, I'm for the tradition, the history, the legacy. With a Steelers win, they become the first time with 6 rings. The youngest coach, and black coach for that matter (in the midst of all the politics, that should give someone something to talk about) to win a ring. A team that would have overcome the hardest schedule (winning percentage wise) in NFL history, and still gone on to win the super bowl. Thats the kind of team I wanna cheer for.

So, thats where I'll be for this weekend. I'll be in Tampa. I can't wait! Here we go Steelers, here we go. Lets get one for the next hand!

Go Steelers! Yeah, the group over at Dan's is spastic and are randomly rooting for the Cardinals because it's cool to, haha. Kind of annoying. Not that I'm a big fan of either team, but def the Steelers before Cardinals. Weird kids.
