A great dilemma

Never in my life would I have imagined myself thinking so much about what to wear to a football game. Here's the situation, from the start. I'm from Ohio, so there is no doubt that on my radar today is the OSU USC game. Thats my roots. I graduated from UGA, so the 230 (central time..) kickoff to the UGA USC (south carolina) game has my attention. I currently live in Tuscaloosa, home of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Most days, I would tell you I would cheer for them if watching the game but when it comes down to the truth, I could care less about them. I have a ticket to the game today at 6:00, meaning I won't really get to watch either of my games.

I suspect that while walking around on campus today I can peek into a tailgate or two and watch parts of the UGA game. Sometimes that makes me a little stressed, because watching the game with the company of hundreds of Bama fans doesn't sound ideal. The bottom line though, I don't want to go to the game this evening with people thinking I'm a diehard fan. I'm not...and those things bother me. I'm a Buckeye and Bulldog.

Its one thing to go to an opposing stadium and proudly wear your colors. Its another thing to show up at a game wearing a team thats not even playing. Will I look foolish or diehard? There have been a lot of suggested solutions...a mix match attack of teams. But its worth noting that whatever I wear today, it will be fun to be at a college game and in the atmosphere of college football, but my allegiance lies with Ohio State and Georgia. OH IO, GO BUCKS. GO DAWGS, HOW BOUT EM.

That's right, baby. No room for fences.
